Staff have been really helpful and I managed to get an appointment straight away. I have always experienced a pleasant efficient service from reception and GPS.
The appointment was really frustrating experience This morning the blood test was a mess. The nurse barely spoke to me, made me wait ages, and then struggled to find a vein. The tourniquet was way too tight, and she kept digging around with the needle. Eventually, she gave up and told me to rebook. Now my arm's killing me really bad service they need an proper experience girl
5 stars purely for the two ladies on reception, Rachel is one but I don't know the other's name (sorry). They're absolute gems. Thank you both.
I always have a good experience at this GP practice, I get appointments really quickly and the doctors are kind and listen to me. I would recommend.
I am not convinced they care about the elderly or have a sense of urgency. My sister contacted them about getting medication for my mum who had a stroke. It could be a problem with connecting the dots with the hospital. Anyway, I called them on Monday, they said the Gp was with a patient. I called half an hour later and was told they were still with a patient even though my parent had run out of medication.
