The appointment was really frustrating experience This morning the blood test was a mess. The nurse barely spoke to me, made me wait ages, and then struggled to find a vein. The tourniquet was way too tight, and she kept digging around with the needle. Eventually, she gave up and told me to rebook. Now my arm's killing me really bad service they need an proper experience girl
I am not convinced they care about the elderly or have a sense of urgency. My sister contacted them about getting medication for my mum who had a stroke. It could be a problem with connecting the dots with the hospital. Anyway, I called them on Monday, they said the Gp was with a patient. I called half an hour later and was told they were still with a patient even though my parent had run out of medication. Being a patient for this surgery for many years i must say it have had many difficulties using their services, 1 being regular medication always having issures with prescription being sent to my local pharmacy when it hasn't, to then be told it has 2 being appointments times always late never been seen on time 3 some staff behaviour and the lies that have been told by all staff members but most importantly not being diagnosed correctly with any health problems I have occurred by so called gps especially dr goal not able to d... read more
Dr Kasarvalli is excellent and reception staff are always very helpful, friendly, and kind Dr. K was patient, listened and gave me the right care and treatment following awful experiences with Queen Elizabeth hospital. If it wasn't for his diligence, my condition would've continued to deteriorate. I've also seen him for another issue and he had a person-centred approach, compassionate and gave excellent advice.
The absolute worst GPs I've ever encountered. I've been waiting since December 2022 for a referral, been back three times got an appointment only to have it cancelled 3 times also. Totally unacceptable and will now change doctors. Should have done it years ago. Goel & Gupta should be struck off.
