Events and activities, very friendly staff. 4 pools, internet included with rent. Food trucks once a month, a café on property, Easter egg hunts, BBQ for residents........exciting place
The staff is always thinking of ways to build community for the tenants. The campus grounds are beautiful. I love living here, and hope to for a long time.
Love it here! My sister and I looked at about 8 places before we visited here. It took us about 5 minutes to decide, Yes - this is exactly what we're looking for. The amenities, amazing staff, wonderful maintainence staff, landscaping could not be better. Our apartment is comfortable, plenty of room for both of us, friendly neighbors. We have enjoyed a few of the food trucks, bbq this summer, and we love the bistro!!! Thank you all for making this a HOME, not just an apartment!!!
I've been living here at Waverley Greens apartments for 3 years now. I live in a 1 bedroom which is quite spacious and quiet. The amenities that I've used here have been great - a really well maintained outdoor pool and a nice exercise room. All the residents that I've met here have been great, really personable folks. And the location is tops - a 5 minute walk to both downtown Milwaukie or Bayfront park- a really beautiful park, and a 15-20 minute walk to Elk Rock Island - my favorite place in all of Portland, and I've live... read more
