Been taking my father who is suffering dementia and poor health to see Dr Phakey for several years now. The doctor is super respectful of my dad and refers to him as "sir", is very patient and genuinely cares for his patients. You can see that money is not the reason why he does what he does. We have been to several other more transactional and less caring specialists and have settled for Dr Phakey, because the level of care is vastly superior. Thank you, Vivek, for everything you have done for my father.
Dr phakey and his team are the best .I was placed in public waiting list as urgent .Dr Phakey called me 3 times to make sure all was OK.Cant wait for my next Appointment. Thank you once again to Dr phakey and his team.
