I requested an appointment over a week ago and I haven't heard back
Came for an emergency visit, They booked me in within the hour! I also didn’t have private insurance but it was still only a $65 fee which I think is super reasonable. Everyone was very friendly and the doctor examined and explained everything thoroughly. My emergency was a false alarm and it gave me great peace of mind to get seen without a huge exam fee or having to wait at the emergency eye clinic. I recommend this location!
Just had my first diabetic eye exam here. The staff is very friendly. The place is spotless. The exam was quick, but thorough and detailed. They went over what they were looking with great detail and the explanations were clear. Even got some advice on my dry eyes since my Lasik surgery. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND coming here!!!!
I had a problem when I arrived. The problem was successfully resolved before I left. Excellent service and staff.
I've had my eye care supported by Waverly Eye Care Center for many years now, after meandering path to get there. Their staff is very friendly, the examinations are very thorough and utilizes the latest high technology. Dr. Selena Friesen goes over the results exhaustively with me (meaning she doesn't get tired of my questions:), and is open to discussing all varieties of treatments.
