Glasses broke almost immediately, & this business has ignored me after months of me calling.
Very kind employee Angel, Tightened my eye glasses today, Picked up my new eye glasses few weeks ago. I recommend Waverly eye care. Today 8/4 had eye exam and received new prescription for eye glasses , great doctor Lixin Zheng, very kind, gentle, patient.professional Angel the receptionist always very kind, helpful, patient. 3 weeks new eye glasses I picked out will be ready for pick up. Mass Health covered eye glasses, a lot to choose from. Easy to make an appointment online for eye exam .
High index lenses should be recommended for people with -5 or stronger myopia. Otherwise, large lens will cause distortion/prism. Found out after going to a different optometrist.
Dr Zheng is great, I have been going to his office for years. He is very professional, thorough, very knowledgable, awesome. Angel is courteous, attentive, does a wonderful job, professional. I highly recommend Waverley Eye Care. Richard N.
