I’d like to give a big thank you to Olivia from wave Max laundry. I accidentally left a washable rug and some blankets overnight. She had them sitting behind the counter for me the next day always enjoy going in there. This place is so clean.

Olivia greeted me with a genuine smile as soon as I walked in. This was my first time here, so I felt unsure of what to do. She offered me a cart straightaway because she saw I had tons of clothing. She took me around, showed me how to get a new card and operate the machines, and continued answering my questions (with a smile) throughout the visit. Everything was neat and clean, even the washrooms. I'd come back and recommend this place to others.
