7/13/25 - who ever was working the morning shift; did they take off or what? I saw them there when I arrived, put my laundry in & had to buy laundry detergent & use the bathroom (doors say to ask attendant for keys) & they disappeared. I wait for a long time for the person tho come back & they never did. At that point I left to go get detergent from somewhere else, did my laundry then left & they still were missing in action. & then to top it off my washer was $10. The close time is really 9:10pm but we wouldn’t have known that since the closing employee was sitting there on her phone conversing with her friend with the doors wide open. This is when she rudely let us know there closed when I seen clearly multiple other people loading there laundry. After we left she finally closes the doors behind us with a very rude smug on her face as if we were in the wrong for trying to wash our clothes at a later time? Good thing there are other washeterias up the street.

Today's experience was awesome. Lucie is always welcoming and has the store really clean. I'm glad I found this location.
