We have an 8x10 Ruggable that doesn't fit in our home washer. Richie helped me sort out pricing (incredibly reasonable I'll add) and gave me all the options about pick up or dropping it off. It was ready to go less than 3 hours after I dropped it off! Richie was kind enough to help me load it in my car and we'll absolutely be back to continue to wash it as needed as well as utilize their wash/dry service for our other larger laundry needs!

I washed some clothes Saturday and put them in the dryer and left for a minute. Came back and found out my clothes was gone.. I mean all my clothes and my baby’s clothes was gone. I get it’s my responsibility and not the company’s but they need to do something differently to not let anyone take anyone else’s clothes unless it’s their”s .

Our company recently provided a service to this laundromat, after deciding to do something extra for the owners so they don't get charged extra for removing the lock by the company who installed the lockbox ,our technician did it without extra charge ,and after drilling for 3 hours and removing the lock from their lock box these people refused to pay. Make sure you get paid upfront before doing business with these people!
