Wow! Great service was a relief to find a well run business. The online process is super simple and they followed instructions! I have a family of 5 and we were on vacation this was a lifesaver and I placed my order Tuesday morning and it was picked up and delivered the next day!! What an amazing price for this service! I paid less than $50 for several loads of laundry that were both picked up and delivered clean in less than 24 hours! No Work on my part!!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tonight Friday march 21, I had one of the best customer service experiences thanks to Cindy at the laundromat on 3202 E Greenway Rd. I arrived super late after a long, exhausting day at work, and even though they close at 9 p.m., she patiently waited for me until 10:05 p.m. without a single complaint or bad attitude. I felt really bad for keeping her late, but Cindy’s kindness and warmth made me feel completely at ease. Wavemax is the best laundromat I've ever used! It's always super clean, and easy to use machines. Always gets my clothes so clean. And the staff at 32 nd and Greenway location is so helpful and friendly.
