Laundry mat is wonderful, the employee was approachable however she lacked knowledge for first time users. 1 I asked if I had use an open machine to use the app which I had already created an account for, she said I had to do it on the kiosk. This is incorrect. You can download the app and yes, you have to place the card on a machine in order to use it/load it. 2 I asked if it charges for a card and she said no.
