Wouldn’t let us change setting from cold. Wasted money on a cold wash when we needed all stuff washed hot. They would not offer any sort of refund even though the machines are confusing to operate.
We drove from our hotel downtown to this laundry mat even though there was closer because of the reviews and pictures. The place is very clean and quiet. Staff welcomed us as we walked in. Best part for us is the machines connect via an app which allows you to pay, keep track of which machines are yours, and displays the time left on each machine - very convenient!
