This location never has any hand soap. Ever. I asked and they said they do not provide hand soap (not in the restroom and not for the sink outside the restroom). While they did have toilet paper this time, they usually don’t keep any in the restroom. I love this laundry location because they have good washers and good A/C, but it’s ridiculous to not provide customers with hand soap or toilet paper.
The place is nice. I've been to the one in Mesa and Tempe but this one had more chairs. The laundry attendant was super rude. She dismissed me after telling me she doesn't speak English when I needed help. My husband explained my issue in Spanish and she said there's no refunds and that usually people only have 1 card (I lose my laundry card all the time and just buy a new one, so I had 7 cards. This location never has any hand soap or toilet paper. Love this facility, it’s clean, spacious and the washers/dryers work great. But the past 3 times I’ve been here the bathroom has no soap😢 no toilet paper😢🧻 if I’m here 2 hours and drink too much water I have regrets💔
