$11.89 to wash one blanket here. Never coming back.
I had a great experience at WaveMax Laundry in Phoenix! The staff at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming, and the drop-off service was easy and convenient. The entire laundromat was very clean, spacious, and well maintained. I also really liked that the machines and equipment were newer and easy to use. Overall, a very pleasant and hassle-free experience. I would definitely recommend WaveMax to anyone looking for a clean, reliable, and professional laundromat in Phoenix!

Terrible customer service. The ladies who operate here are rude and dismissive when you tell them a machine is malfunctioning, they say it’s not their problem and you should call the owner, who is never on premises, they also can’t give you their number so it’s no help at all. Location is clean but the machines malfunctioning is a hit or miss and you don’t get help or refunded.
I have years coming her when worker told me I couldn’t work because it was wet but other people where there she didn’t say anything was in phone with some one with out thinking I could understand everything she was saying was very rude will never come back
