Very unprofessional and rude. I went to pick up a bag of laundry which ended up being many more than one - the staff was very rude and unhelpful. They watched me try to load clothing into my car that they overcrowded on a plastic rack that dropped to the floor. They watched as I struggled to pick them up. DO NOT COME HERE . Rude and cheap people.
Would not recommend.. u have to buy a card Instead of using cash. And then ur stuck with it unless u give it away or use it up.
I have been a customer of WaveMAX Laundry in Gaithersburg for quite some time, which is why this experience was especially disappointing today on Mother's Day. I called with a simple and valid question regarding charges on my order and felt dismissed almost immediately.
