I have been a customer of WaveMAX Laundry in Gaithersburg for quite some time, which is why this experience was especially disappointing today on Mother's Day. I called with a simple and valid question regarding charges on my order and felt dismissed almost immediately. Clean and bright. Plenty of washing and drying machines. The manager was especially helpful.
