If I could give 0 stars I most definitely would the manager there is horrible I placed my clothes in a dryer for 36 minutes came back to get them soak and wet and he refused to compensate me I will never go here again and I don’t suggest you do no signs on the machine that it didn’t work I was livid that I had to pay twice to dry my clothes and to think a company would do nothing to compensate there customer BAD BAD BUSINESS NEVER AGAIN
Nothing to smell fresh on blanket sheet feel smell alike rotten Laundry detergent instruction not there for measurements The restroom is always lock all of time The laundromat attendant doesn’t do all day Always shutter down without customer service
Literally come to this place all the time and have NEVER had any issues until today. I had a small area rug and my dogs bed that I washed in the next to biggest washing machine that costs $6.50 as I always have. Usually it comes out clean and everything is fine but today it seriously came out just as dirty as it went in. I asked the guy working here if there was an issue with the machine and he assured me that there wasn’t even though I showed him how dirty my belongings still were.
