Stopped in to Wave Max on a Saturday night for a load of laundry. The first thing I noticed when walking through the door was how spotless this place is. We had a chance to chat with the owner, Dave, who was covering for an employee who had family in town. Not only was he was washing the floors & cleaning out all of the drying vents late on a weekend night, he was also just so pleasant to chat with. This was my first time here. Phyllis is fantastic. She cares and will help you with how to figure it all out. The place is clean, bright, easy to operate machines, lots of tables and baskets
The staff is great and I've had an opportunity to talk to the owners and they where very nice and transparent. The machines are clean as is the whole facility. On the whole i have had great experiences with this company. The only complaint i have and it is mainly due to my situation and because some many others use their wash and fold service is that I can't always get my laundry done same day. It's not the employees fault I see them trying it's just they have so much to do. But I would recommend them highly.
We normally come here to wash big loads like comforters and towels. This place is always clean, tiday, and organized. Today this place had garbage all on the floor and very filthy. Hopefully next time we come it will be cleaner than today.
