The owner of this salon, pat mcclain, is the rudest and most unprofessional stylist I have ever had the misfortune to encounter (and I didn't even have to meet the man!). I honestly don't understand how this man has customers. I simply called the salon to inquire about consultations and who he would recommend for a color service. Upon asking about consultations, he immediately assumed I wanted a consultation right THEN, over the PHONE, with HIM and rudely responded that he doesn't do phone consultations.
