Wish I could give zero stars. They manage the HOA for the development I live in. They raise our rates significantly each year and the only services they provide are snow plow. Half the times the trucks don't show up and we have several inches of snow on our roads. not sure what we are paying for. On top of that, they never apply my payments correctly and three times I've had to call and give them my money order number and remind them of my address and make sure my payments are applied correctly and they still send me a bill... read more
If I could give them zero Stars I would. Rented from them for years and watched them screw over tenant after tenant. They are the most well put together slum lords. Holland will be a better place if this company goes out of business.
I have lived in a Waveland Property for the past 7 years. I could not have asked for better people to work with. Kim, has always seen to things gettings done. If it were not for my health, I would have most definitely live there forever. Doug, the owner was also pleasant to work with. I like him because he doesn't mind getting his hands dirty to make repairs not always depending on his maintenance crew. I will miss the Condo, but I will truly miss you Kim😊 Blessings, Kathy 🌻
I normally do not post reviews unless positive, but to protect others, I feel I must post my review of Waveland Property Mangement LLC. I would not recommend doing business with Waveland. I only rented with them for a short time as when they took over the 14 rental units on Nestlewood Dr in Holland, MI on May 2022, all tenants (myself included @ 347 Nestlewood) were immediately notified that they would have to buy at $200K (at a discounted price) or move out w/in 120 days! Not even worth 1 star!! We have had NOTHING but problems with this company!! We are a contractor who does work for one of their condo association customers and despite them getting their invoices in plenty of time to make the bi-weekly check run, we wait extra weeks to a month to get paid. NOT ACCEPTABLE!! They rarely answer their phones and when you do get through to someone, they are so nonchalant about MY money, it's pathetic. Bad reviews keep rolling in for them!! STAY AWAY!!
