Although Waveland manages and leases large modern medical and office buildings all over the city, it was great to see that they center their operation out of a 120 year old, lovingly-restored Sears Catalog 4-square in downtown Wheaton. Very impressive to see an old property, modernized and maintained as well as the properties in their portfolio.
Waveland's employees are so helpful and sincere. The office building, which is a historic house from the early 1900s, is furnished well and kept clean and sanitary. Waveland is a great buisness to have right in the middle of downtown Wheaton, and gives a great first impression of the beautiful town.
