Tenia una cita hoy a las 7:40 am.yi iba en Uber me llaman a las 7:am en inglés, no entendí 🤔, llego a la cita y me dicen que se tenía que cancelar y que llamara para hacer otra cita,que porque la persona que pone la inyección, se había ido el VIERNES ,porque no me avisaron el LUNES, y todavía me mandaron el lunes recordatorio y que confirme que iba a asistir a mi cita, estoy muy molesta, sin dormir 😴 y sin comer,horrible personal
They don’t return phone calls and no one ever picks up the phone when you call them. Not professional at all. How would you cancel an appointment? Im not interested in in their web site so dont give me that as an answer
I showed up at wave imaging at my assigned time and they told me I was late and that my appointment was canceled. The guy next to me signed in after me with the Same appointment time and he was fine. They have blasted my phone with messages. I have filled out their form. I don’t know what they want. They won’t answer the phone.
