RecommendedI like what I saw but many things remain unclear...what is the story with the parking lot outside? Free or paid? Some say free others say paid. Also, street parking? Is that available? The apartments dont say if they include AC...what is the story there? Are there issues with second hand smoking inside? How do you even know if they approve you?

INSANE, RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE, security supervisor, he was working this afternoon around 2:30 pm, march 5 2019. He is working for wavecrest garden's NOT a PRISON, he realize....where he is sitting.....he needs to change this job, also we NOT use no ones parking, someone use my spot for over 2 months, any time they want, i pay on time for parking i just move 4 months ago, VERY dissapointed, he remove warning sticker from my car who was complete wrong, he tell me WASHOUT where you parking first time is a courtesy, HELL... read more
Managment doesn’t do anything when you have a problem with neighbors. It’s annoying to live below somebody who wakes you up every day at 4.30am making a noise or watching tv on speaker and even you complain and write a report, you don’t see any changes. When my lease is done, I’m leaving this place.
