We have been customers of this place for many years. Over two months ago, we went to wash my van, and a young man was standing right where you insert your card, doing it for you. We honestly don't know what he did with my husband's card information; $20 has already been charged to the card twice, and I just received an email stating that "your monthly payment has not processed"—even though we never purchased any plan from them 😡😡😡.So, please be very careful; do not hand your credit card to any of their staff.
Update Saturday September 26, 2026, after the owner posted acting as if he has not received a written complaint damage form. I have attached the emails to and from them. These people just play the delay game. Next week is file a small claims suit week. Updated 9-12-2026. Super Star Car Wash – unresolved claim after over a year. To whomever it may concern... That owns this location... You're employee was very rude . And had his hands all off inside my vehicle!!! When I said I got it.... Then proceeded to take photos of me and my car without my consent!!! Steady talking noise... Where do y'all get these Thug's... And there's no one on the inside to report the incident too .. never have I had this level of treatment!!! From a rude kid... But I will be following up with your corporate... And reporting to the BBB!!!!!
