Don't use these people. They will ruin your kitchen cabinets. They don't care what they do, they don't take pride in designing and building cabinets that actually fit kitchen items in them. No accountability for what they do. We don't get inside measurements on drawings of cabinets only outside measurements and when your kitchen goes in and u can't even fit a cup in a drawer because it's so small on the inside by over an inch either side and top and bottom which leaves nothing to put anything in. Dealing with Waves Surface was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with any company. Their communication is beyond terrible — I was left waiting weeks, even pushing into months, just to get basic responses. No updates, no follow-through, just complete silence unless I chased them down. This kind of neglect is unacceptable from any business that claims to be professional. It honestly felt like they just didn’t care at all. Save yourself the time, stress, and disappointment — there are plenty of better companies out there.

Cannot recommend enough ! We looked at a few different options of countertops, and so happy we went with wave surfaces to install our vena cloud solid surface countertops! They've been in over a year now and still look brandnew, the install was great, and exactly how I wanted them as I didn't want any visible joins. Installers were super quick and friendly, and communication back and forth with Ziggy, was great- she made sure i got exactly what i wanted ! So happy with the results 🥰

I went through Bunnings to wave surfaces. Nice product and the blokes who came out for the install were nice. Apart from that it took $7500 and 6 months of me being constantly onto them, chasing up scheduling and reminding them that I still exist before my bench tops were made and installed. Install completed and was not informed having to get a plumber out as wave disconnects everything then walks out without having a plumber ready to finish off.
