If Wave Solar is not affiliated with Arres Solar then I apologize in advance for this review. If its true that Arres Solar is now Wave then my review is as follows: They are liars, don't return your calls. Also if its true that Arres is now Wave Solar they are supposed to inform all of their clients under Arres about this and our contract is supposed to be transfered to Wave. Just spoke to David and he explained that he is not affiliated with the company I had such a horrible experience with. I have not had had any negative transactions with this company but unfortunately can't erase the comment but can edit it and make people realize that this is not the company that has created the nightmare I and so many have dealt with. Watch out for Real Star, Smart Homes, IHomes or S3 Solar.
This company has changed their name from Arres solar to wave solar because they are SHADY. They don’t pay employees what they are due and they take advantage of customers. Definitely would not recommend these guys unless you want to get taken advantage of.
At first I had no interest in solar except learning about natural energy, but Jason and Luigi who came with no pressure and lots of knowledge, helped me learn so much about natural options and that the timing to take advantage of all the incentives and benefits is now and within 40 days, everything they told me came true and this has been the best decision I have made for my home due to saving money on my electric bill by almost 70%, and the solar looks awesome!
