Cliche saying or not, I can't say enough good things about my experience with Wave Realty. Martin was there for me at every turn and made my first time renting in Manhattan a breeze. He gave me a variety of choices, and ultimately went FAR above and beyond to assist me in securing my dream apartment (well, my dream home within my current budget). Horrible and extremely unprofessional. Terrible training and I was subjected to listening to tons of cursing, from the broker, no less. Stay far away!!!
If you want to be talked to like this "thanks for the enlightening statement ms. ..... " after negotiating go with the brokerage company, complete scammers and a total waste of time. Horrifying statement to someone who was just going to write them a check....
