They do not offer complementary consultations but since they had a good reviews I paid $100 to schedule a consultation for a procedure that I was interested in. At the end I couldn't attend the consult because I don't have the time for the procedure. I called them and asked how I could use that $100 that I had already paid. By phone they told me that I could use it in a facial and that I would only had to pay an additional $50. I accepted, scheduled the appointment and went.
