server was super nice and food was delicious.
The restaurant has a nice view and good vibes. But the service is sub par, food took a very long time to come out, and when it finally did it was just okay.
It was a beautiful day and they had the place opened up. It was only about half at capacity and still food took an hour. The panini bread was insanely hard like massively overcooked. We didn’t get napkins until we asked and never got silverware. The waiter was the only one serving so never came to check. Had to flag down for the check.
Outstanding service, drinks, and food! My wife and I stopped by Drift & Wave today for drinks and apps, and the place did not disappoint. The cheeseboard was exceptional, and the drinks were top-notch. The staff hustled and were attentive to all of our requests. If you visit Gloucester, Drift & Wave should be a must-visit on your to-do list!
The establishment wont be the same after Theo has left, their best bartender with 26 years of experience, a good kid with nothing but great service, ask for the mudslide it will CHANGE YOUR LIFE!
