Oscar came out to fix our home AC unit. The initial dispatcher was organized and efficient, and Oscar was friendly and arrived quickly. He was considerate when he was in our home and even brought his own booties. The diagnostic cost is reasonable and our unit was working again after an hour. Well worth the cost of the fix to make sure we had a cool home to sleep in tonight! Will use Wave in the future and considering the membership.

I had an emergency A/C outage, with extreme heat outside (Vegas in July, 110F), that couldn't be reasonably scheduled by my warranty company. This 5 day delay was unacceptable, thus the emergency. I called Wave Heating and Cooling and was pleasantly surprised to find they could have a tech come by in an hour. The tech (Oscar) came by in 25 minutes ready to assist. Great company to deal with. My AC unit was having issues. I reached out early that morning and they were able to get a technician sent over the same day. The technician was professional & very informative. Thank you, Wave Heating & Cooling!

I love this family owned company. Raluca is always professional and explains everything thoroughly without making you feel incompetent. She sent Oscar out for regular maintenance on my unit that has not been serviced since it was installed 6 years ago. Most companies would try to sell you on something that you do not need but they will never. Extremely honest and I cannot wait to use them again the future. Also, their pricing is EXTREMELY reasonable which is always appreciated. Thank you Raluca, thank you Oscar.

Oscar, our technician, came out to perform our AC’s annual maintenance. He’s honest and thorough in his inspection, providing excellent service. I’m glad he didn’t upsell or offer unnecessary services.
