The.Technician at Wave A/C came to service my ac unit with a high degree of professionalism and customer service care. Oscar was efficient, well versed in his service and gave me a complete and thorough explanation on everything he did to ensure my unit was in the best condition for the up coming summer months. Very pleased and satisfied with his work.

I called with a general question and had a really great experience. The woman who answered the phone was very kind and helpful. She took the time to give me as much information as she could and didn’t rush the conversation. Had An amazing experience with this company! They were super transparent about timing and Oscar came and he was so kind! He was very quick fixing the issue and it’s been working well ever since! Got a call the following Monday following up on how the heater is working to make sure everything was still okay. Would definitely chose them for any future issues with the unit!
