The receptionist does not have the most refined customer service skills.
My student doing my dentures was amazing. As for the teachers and the end results. I'm disappointed after 7 trip from Kingston to Toronto. I'm on odsp and am not allowed to get the Kingston under odsp this was the the way I could get my garbage dentures. I can't wear my dentures have never been able to. GBG only solutions was to send me to one of there teacher this summer and then do the whole process over again. I’ve had a great experience here with three different dental students. All have done great, conscientious work on my cleanings at very very reasonable rates. Yes you have to commit to a fair bit of time but I always it’s worthwhile and I like knowing that I’m helping the students get valuable clinic hours towards graduation. Staff have always been very nice and the location is easy to get to on the 75 Sherbourne bus.
