I’ve been working with this institution since 1976. I have lived in different states and continued to use this CU. I have never had an issue and they always take their time and communicate fully.
March 2, 2026 I could not get into my Wave Federal credit union app. I got in touch with Wave and spoke with Erica who assured me i would be all set because it looked Like the website was down. I spoke to her a couple of times during the day and she assured me each time that it will be back up soon. This was important to me as I am living in Florida for the winter and doing my my banking from here. As she promised, the website was up by at the end of the day, and I was back in business
