Great customer service! Friendly.
I've been a member with Wave for 40 years. I'm getting rid of them for several reasons. Incompetency, their fraud department is overseas in some country they can barely speak English. They don't have Zella nor do they know what it is. They are trying to control your money. They are blocking you from supporting small reputable businesses. The on-line banking at times has problems and they are always changing the low level look of it just to confusing you. ALL OF OVER $31.20, NOT HUNDREDS OR THOUSANDS, a measly amount.
Terrible customer service. When asked to speak to a supervisor the representative refused. Didn't even have basic knowledge of what I was looking for. Will never use this bank.
