The hygienist was rude , impatient and lacking empathy. She made many inconsiderate remarks. The final straw was the ultrasonic cleaning machine was painful!! and I am sensitive when it comes to the cold water as well . I always have my teeth manually cleaned because of it. She stated that the ultrasonic cleaning was in my chart and I was unreasonable and just didn’t want it. She obviously wanted the easy way out because manual cleaning takes more effort.
