Update 9/22/25: Sadly, I lost a hearing aid during travel in August. But this undesirable turn of events provided an opportunity for me to update kudos to Wave Audiology. I was re-educated in the specifics of my purchase and replacement of the lost aid. And when picking up the replacement, I was informed that Phonek had updated their app with a WONDERFUL new feature: Find my hearing aid. Amazing! Meet with Lindsey this meeting & she was wonderful. She explained everything from start to finish.
I had an ever-so slight hearing issue in my left ear. I went to a few audiology places before I found this because no one else could find the issue. They solved my problem in literally 5 minutes because of some wax build-up on my left ear. Absolutely would recommend this place.
