Very slow loading. You will spend hours here
Amazing company to work with.
I arrived about 30 minutes late for my appointment, but the staff moved me to the very end of the line and kept me waiting for over 6 hours. I even offered to help secure the truck that took my time slot so the process could go faster, but they refused. There was no flexibility or willingness to work with the driver, even though the delay was minimal. This caused a major loss of time and affected my schedule for the rest of the day. Very poor customer service and no respect for drivers’ time.
