They don’t take care of the tenets. My house was unbearably cold in the winter and unbearably hot during the summer. My downstairs neighbors broke the lease and smoked at the entirety of the time that they stayed there. I complained multiple times, and I was basically told to just deal with it, Sally, the point of contact, was incredibly unprofessional in every aspect of her job. **Update to my previous review- I received a message today that I would be receiving the money back that I felt they were holding unfairly. I would have preferred to deal directly with the property owner instead of the management company as they were easier to work with while I resided there.**

Renting from this company was the worst rental experience I've ever had. They flat out refused to complete a walk-through with me when I moved out. When they inspected the property they left all the lights on while the electricity was still in my name and boxed up my belongings even though I still had time on my lease. They charged me for something that was broken when I moved in. Their maintenance is joke. I went through the actual property owner to get things fixed.
