I have been waiting for ages for a medical professional to help me with my hearing... Until Fiona helped me I was in agony and pretty much deaf... The Mass that she pulled out of my ears partially (and temporarily) caved my head in.... But she was making me laugh the whole time I didn't notice... Thanks again. (Hey cinema advertising does work)
