Arrived with a lathargic cat and was told it would be an hour wait due to bigger emergencies. Understandable, so we waited. As the end of the hour approached, I asked how much longer and was told yet another hour. As someone already waiting an hour and no communication until I had to ask, is very rude and poor customer service. Instead I was told I could go to an ER. We decided to leave as it was 6:30 and they close at 7. No goodbye, no good luck, just rude and uncaring staff. Definitely would not recommend this place.
