Waukesha Roofing replaced our single family residence roof in 2012. No problems. In Dec 2016 a bathroom exhaust fan started leaking quite a bit. We were told to find a heating/sheet metal person to re-vent the fan. Someone came out and told us we had a bad problem with the roof and to call the roofer immediately. I called Waukesha Roofing and within 45 minutes the cavalry came from Waukesha Roofing to look at the problem which turned out to less of a problem than what the original person told us.
