Waukesha Hospital is full of rude people. You call to ask questions and get interrupted repeatedly. Their bookkeeping is pathetic. And they keep you on hold forever.
When I call the front desk to talk to a nurse or set an appointment they are usually pretty rude. I have an eight month old son that gets chronic ear infections so on the weekends the center in Waukesha is closed so I have to call the Sussex center. They dispense out advice when I would rather talk to a nurse or just schedule an appointment. I don't think they should be giving advice when they are not trained to do so.
