Jp They overcharge and they lie to you. I called and asked them how much to change a door lock; the lady said it would be between 27 to 57 dollars. She conveniently forgot to mention the 65 dollar fee just to show up and the 37 dollar service charge. Called back later to complain and the guy I talked to LIED to me, saying he was sitting right there and heard her mention the other fees. I know what I heard dude and she never mentioned it. Liars.
Good service I needed a lock drilled out in a door. They came by when they said they would and completed the job in a timely manner. The charge was a little high but I was in a bind so I didn't have a choice. After watching this being done I realized how easy it is to do so I have done it myself from then on! They were prompt and completed the job quickly so I think they did a good job.
