I called Waukegan auctions and Spoke to a foreign guy in sales about a vehicle that was being sold online after a few questions he hung up the phone abruptly I called back and asked him why did he hang up and that I had a few more questions he replied that I was from out of town and I needed to come there well the car is listed on Auto trader which is a world wide app?!
