We absolutely love this vet! We’ve been in twice and I’ve called a couple times when our dogs have been sick and they are so kind. They also get you in quickly. Dr. Bunn takes his time with the dogs and treats them as his own. He’s honest and pointed out things with our dogs that our past vet didn’t even notice. Very happy to be with Waukee Clive Vet Clinic and Dr. Bunn! Highly recommend!
Horrible experience. They didn’t get results promised. Then had my cat cage all night to roll in his urine. I picked him up and no bath was given. He smelled horrible as he was soaked in it. Just handed him to me like that. Neglect! Not going back
There are no words to express how wonderful Dr Young and the staff have been during the six years I've taken my two dogs here. From our first visit when my female dog had bladder stones to yesterday--one of the worst days of my life, having to put our male dog to sleep. It was the first time I've ever lost a pet, as well as for my children. Dr Young really helped the experience by truly being there for us every hour of the entire day. The most caring staff and doctors around. They helped my mom with sending her dog on to a better place when she wasn’t even a patient there. They put their clients and their families first. Wouldn’t take our dog anywhere else! Thank you!
Beyond excellent! We LOVE Dr. Holly with all 4 of our dogs!!!
When our beagle became sick with pneumonia the day before Thanksgiving, Dr. Holly and team took her in immediately without an appointment to see her and diagnose her. We had gone to another vet clinic prior to stopping by Waukee-Clive, and they refused to see us without an appointment. The office's willingness and compassion to care for our beagle while other places were closing early showed us how much they care for our pets. Our dogs will be forever patients here!
Our cat had an injury on Saturday morning and I was frantic to get him seen by someone. This was the first time we went to this clinic and we are very impressed. They took care of our furr-baby and he's on the mend now. My husband took him and said the staff was extremely friendly and attentive. I'm also extremely happy with Dr. Holly following up with me today and put my mind at ease about how our kitty is healing. We will be taking both of our pets to this clinic from now on!
