Riding on vacation from Helena, Montana back east, I had electrical problems with my 2013 street glide. I called Stonewall HD at 5:59 PM on August 16 and Robert Jones answered the phone. Robert took care of my problem even though it was after hours by listening to my problem, found the part that I needed and scheduled my bike for service early the next morning. Outstanding Customer Service Mighty fine Establishment
We stopped in to get a cooler riding jacket. We were treated to ice cream and cold water. Before leaving I noticed a raw gas smell. This was at 4:30 they close at 5:00. I asked to have a service tech check it out, and a crack was found on the plastic fuel 90 going into the carburetor. They stated later and fixed the bike so we could finish our toad trip. They took care of my needs while I was there and assisted me in other recommendations that I inquired about. Just a good group of people to do business with and the lady in the motor cloths dept was very helpful and friendly.
