Stay away from this dealership and the other 2 that they own. (Quantico and Old Dominion in Fredericksburg VA). The owner is rude and a bully. He has no good experience in public relations and demands our HOG chapter buys only his parts and gets our bikes serviced with him. He is sure to stab you in the back at the first opportunity. A number of people in our chapter have quit, and continue to do so. He has dstoyed the great place it used to be in just 8 months. What a shame.
What fantastic folks! Still waiting for my helmet to come in but we are loving our ultra glide trike. Update: we've been treated so well and started customizing our new trike. My helmet didn't come in, but they called around to other shops to find the one I wanted then refunded my money so I could purchase it elsewhere. Now that's how you do business.
I love stopping in to Stone a all Harley-Davidson. They always have the best selection of Harley clothing and accessories.
