Been here a couple times got my oil change done the first time was great the guy was awesome it was quick and everything was great. This time around I come in to get another oil change the same guys there so I figured it’s going to just like the first time. He comes into the waiting room and asks me “is there a special wya to open the hood?” So I went out and tried to open it myself and my latch inside of my car that pops my hood is clearly broke. Only went here one time for an oil change on my F150. Noticed it was leaking oil right after. My husband took the time to do the oil change himself and found they put the wrong size filter on. Further, the oil was quite low. As in Under 5 quarts drained when there should be 7. Beware
Quick oil change less than 20 minutes.
