Saw dr box last week (8/7) for a spine issue that has left my wife the inability to walk or really do anything other than lay flat. The dr was great and we thought we were on the right track. He told us he would be sending us to a clinic they work with to get ESI injections started asap for her. He described the procedure and we headed home in better spirits. Staff will provoke you into anger after you having to do their job, after dealing with alot of confusion and severe pain due to a possible shoulder and nerve issue that needs resolved and then trash you so that no dr. wants you as a patient.
Had a knee thing to lock up due to inflammation...in and out and professionalism and kindness. I am moving without pain.
