I needed an alarm system fixed in my truck as well as a camera system that was causing me constant issues (I unfortunately had installed elsewhere before I was introduced to Wattsound Car Audio). They got me in-next day and had it completely fixed. All of the items on my punch list were taken care of and I couldn't be happier. How many times have I woken up at 1am to false alarms? Too many to count. But not any more! I can rest easy tonight!!! They are my go-to source from now on.
girlfriend had stereo and staring wheel remote installed about may 2016. Remote had shorted out, fried my stereo. called to see if I was still in system, NO RECORDS could be found. We're still looking for the receipt but you'd think they'd keep better records.
Wattsound did a great job with my sound system and all of the employees were fantastic. I bought a used car with an after-market stereo system a few days ago and the front speakers did not work. I went in this morning and discussed the issue with an employee (maybe the manager?) and she was able to help me figure out the best (and most affordable) way to fix it. Went about two months ago to get my system hooked up and they did a fantastic job hooking them up. Went today for a blown fuse for them to look at it and fix it for me and did it in under 30 min. Fantastic customer service. Definitely plan on coming back
Best shop in panama city. Took in my jaguar xf and they were the only shop willing to even look at my factory back up cam and was able to get it fixed in less than an hour. Definitely would recommend people to them!
