After placing several calls, two electricians, and nobody returned my call, except for this company, so I was already very impressed. However, it was the team of three guys all very polite and all very knowledgeable. They installed three ring cameras for me, and fixed some bad wiring on a porch light the price was very fair. I also have a house in Jacksonville, Florida, and I wish these guys at an office out there too. Seriously I just can’t say enough about how fair and professional this company is.

I had an outstanding experience with this company! The technicians were professional, respectful, and did a fantastic job installing a new outlet for my hood vent. They expertly moved the existing line, thoroughly tested the outlets, and even went above and beyond by helping me hang the heavy vent. The entire process was seamless, fast, and efficient. I’m already planning more projects and will definitely be using this company again. Highly recommend their top-notch service!

10 stars if I could leave it! Brandon from Watt’s the Problem is absolutely amazing. We had another company out to assess our issue and said “they can’t find it, have to rewire 25% of the house…for a large sum of money”. Next day Brandon came by at 6pm on a Friday and found the problem in less than 30 min. Truly great customer service all around and highly recommend!!!

I was very impressed with the excellent workmanship that Chris and the men performed in my new barn. The nice positioning of the emt conduit really highlighted the overall job!!

I had a mostly positive experience with Watt's the Problem?. The team was punctual, polite, professional, and respectful of my space. They worked with my schedule and even cleaned up thoroughly after the job—something I really appreciate. However, I did notice the mount is not level, and some drywall was cracked during installation it didn’t affect the function but was disappointing.
