Absolutely dishonest. I am being slandered by Joy Watts of Berkshire Hathaway former president of GKAR, Annie Potts, Jennifer Slocum, Lisa Faber of Jaqua Realty and new president. I am also being extorted. DO NOT JOIN GKAR! This is how the older click of agents keeps a new agent from working, making a FALSE accusation saying I called someone a name when I asked for a refund due to no access to Sentry & MLS.
With much encouragement and suggestions from Joy we were able to sell our house for a profit and in very short fashion. We live two hours away from the house and needed a couple things checked on different days and Joy was so willing to go out of her way to do this for us. She kept us up to date on all proceedings and the process went so smoothly. We are so grateful we chose Joy to lead us through.
Joy was great to work with. She helped me sell my parents house quickly and easily. I was kept up to date on showings and interested buyers. And she explained every step of the process and paperwork so there were no surprises.
