We worked with Wanda to find and purchase a home in a very difficult market in 2022. She was an absolute delight! Extremely responsive, knowledgeable, proactive, and encouraging. These people are horrible. They took my money in the form of a cashiers check, which I have proof of from the bank and they are trying to say I have 7 days to pay my rent. I did pay my rent. They are just pretending like I did not walk in there and hand in to her for rent. I've had it. My house is literally falling apart. Roof leaking,fence falls when the wind blows, the duct work is not correct therefore it heats the crawl space in the winter and cools it in the summer.
