Staff wasn’t very friendly. Dr. Watts was good. Just felt the glasses were higher priced. I try to stay at or under what insurance will pay, due to having to have mine thinned out. Both my husband and I have insurance and payed around $400 that day. We were not prepared for that type of bill.
Absolutely terrible place! You have to wait literally 2 or more hours for your appointment because the eye doctor blabs for hours with customers! Terrible customer service!!!! Will never EVER go there again!
Ive never had problems with my eyes so Dr. WATTS is the first that has touched my eyes and it was rather a pleasant visit. Staff was great and doc was very professional and educated in what he does. Highly recommend this place if you have any eye care needs.
