We had Watts heating and cooling install our heat pump system several years ago and have had them doing the annual service ever since. It keeps our system running in peak condition. The staff and technicians are absolutely fantastic and would recommend them to anybody and everybody.
Great maintenance service call for our air conditioner! The tech was super polite, friendly, on time and very thorough. Even gave us some tips about opening upstairs vents. Very happy with the service!

Mike Watts is a professional technician and is very present to talk to. He took time to explain the diagnosis of our very old furnace and answer all the questions clearly the problem and solutions. His recommendations to solve the problems of the furnace is very helpful. He shut down the part of the heating system to prevent dangerous hazard while waiting for the replacement of the new furnace.
