Michael , the technician from Watts Heating and Cooling came out to do a maintenance check on my air conditioning system. He was prompt, very thorough. Tested everything . He checked my furnace filter. Cleaned out the leaves around the air conditioning unit. Recovered like I did. He was very nice . I’m very happy with the service.
Michael did such an outstanding job for me in performing my annaul AC unit maintenace, readying it for the upcoming summer months. He was right on time, did a very thorough job in checking & cleaning the garage and outdoor units. He was professional, friendly and courteous, explaining everthing to me, leaving me completely confident in my AC running efficently. I've worked with a number of local HVAC companies in my job as a project engineer and Watts is as good as any, and better than most. I needed a ductless HVAC system in one part of my home and a gas furnace/AC for the other part. I received proposals from four HVAC companies. Watts Heating & Cooling is amazing. I have been using them for our annual AC and furnace maintenance since early 2021 and they have been stellar every time. Scheduling is easy (it can be done solely via e-mail if you never want to talk on the phone!) In my experience, it's rare to find this level of honesty, respect, and expertise all in one company. They truly do it right. The owner should be proud.
