We had a new furnace/ac installed this week, and once again the service was excellent. Watts technicians are the best. They are prompt, polite, and very skilled at what they do. Derek and Chael carefully explained what the install process would be like and kept us informed as work was proceeded. They carefully answered questions that we had, too.
